"You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you." --- James Allen
Perception is EVERYTHING. Often times we perceive things to be something that they are TOTALLY not. It's funny how our brains have the power to create situations within situations. Could this be a great thing???? I suppose that it could. However, for me, this over-analyzing view of perception can often be problematic. So, how do I tame the "beast" of over perceiving, I ask?
I suppose I need to improve the "headspace" that I operate in. So, how do I do that? Redefining myself is a start. At some point in life, we ALL n e e d to do this. The redefinition of self is a powerful tool that I have began to employ in my life. While I have yet to "master" this skill, I am well on my way to redefining the woman that I have chosen to become. Maybe then and only then will I be able to perceive things differently & as they are....
**REFLECTION & REDEFINITION is POWERFUL.**
-Prof. E. Beard-
To master One Self is to master the Universe in Our immediate reach.

ReplyDeleteI got a little something out of this one. After my MOM died and I lost my job at Universal Studios I did feel really bad about my self. I really liked that job. I figured I would die working as a mechanic. Then I got a call from one of your fellow staff member and she showed me another part of me and I like it. I will add another chapter to my life.
It's about the redefinition of self. Never become complacent or stagnated in a given situation. Everything will and always happen for a reason!
