A quick thought on stress...

Statistics shows that 83% of YOUR stress is that of others. Today is the day that YOU relinquish that load & "give" it back; YOU don't need someone else's issues and/or problems. Certainly, you have enough on your own.

Have a STRESS FREE day!

  1. I wish I could have a stress free day today! Mom needs my help with grandma and the niece from hell. Maybe I can try for tomorrow.

  2. I understand what you are saying. A lot of time you try not to stress and try not to worry but sometimes you just cant help it. Now days I feel like I am about to explode and want to be left alone. All I can do is continue to praise my Lord & Savior

  3. This was one of the areas that I was able to improve. Before I used to worry for everything in life, with an unbelievable amount of stress. Now I'm enjoying life in everything I do and the things that I don't have any control I leave them in the hands of God.

  4. I agree with you "STRESS" in it's self will kill you. What ever the stress is give it to the Master and he will see you through.

    1. Yes, it will. He will; He never gives more than one can stand.

  5. Oh man, I know that is the truth. I learned that just before I moved from Altamonte back to Deltona. No point in worrying about everyone else's issues, I have plenty of my own. If I can help, I will, because I love to serve as a follower of Christ should. I don't worry about my issues either, because if there is nothing I can do about things right now, there is no point in worrying about them. I choose to take each day one day at a time, and take my goals, only one goal at a time. That is the only way I will get things accomplished. Oh and of course with My Heavenly Father's Help.

    1. I'm working on that. I've found myself to be a "worry wart." I worry about everything. Although, I have gotten better with it. I suppose it's a work in process :)
