Thoughts

"While you are busy trying to WIN the people who think you are a loser, you usually end up losing the people who KNOW you are a winner." -H. R.-

I happened to come across this quote some time ago & it never left me. It amazes me of the lengths that we go to trying  to impress, love, nurture, and care for those that don't care for us. At the end of the day, I have come to realize and accept that what God has for me, is for me. Nothing & no one can stop nor change that. We have to learn to be okay with being okay. Not everything will be perfect or go as we want it to; that's life-take it or leave it.

Growth and maturity dictates that we must change as the seasons do. As such, we can't hold on to things or people. Like the saying goes, "REAL situations ALWAYS expose FAKE people." I have decided to not let that make me weary. Everyone isn't going to like me or the things that I do. But, I pray that my good-heartedness, my loving nature, & my light shines through. So, I take solice in knowing that I can stand firm in who I am & what I belive in.

Blessings to you all!

...dont's...

"Don't get your hopes up 2 fast. Don't let fears speak 2 loudly. Don't give your doubts 2 much time. Time reveals ALL &  that's why patiences PROTECTS the heart. You start seeing things for what they really are & NOT how your emotions want them 2 be."

"Good LOVE brings CLARITY to ALL. The questions start 2 answer themselves when you are open enough to receive the truth for what it is."

God's way of SPEAKING 2 my heart!

"Sometimes God calm's the storm & at others, He let the storm rage & calms HIS child."

"Trust is more than keeping secrests and NOT telling personal business. Trust is knowing that you got me even when I don't have me. It's knowing you won't RUN from the storm. Trust is NOT having to question your presence when the picture isn't pretty. Trusting you to do right when the world is pulling you left. It's knowing you're more committed to adding value to the bond than you are to the game."
